Awra (12) grew up loved in his poverty-infiltrated community with his family. At a young age, Awra dreams of becoming a celebrity like one of his idols, Vice Ganda. This does not seem to be a problem as Awra has a natural talent in comedy, acting and dancing. His father, Oneal (30s), is supportive of this endeavor, among many other things including giving Awra freedom to express his identity. He also taught him how be tough and intelligent in life, especially when his mother, Marivic (30s) left them when he was eight years old. Everything seems to be going well, but when Oneal is trapped in a difficult situation that turned him into a miserable person because of Marivic, Oneal also neglects some of his responsibilities to Awra and his other children. Awra is crushed because of this, but when he fulfilled his dream of becoming a celebrity, he realized that if he could get that far, it wouldn’t be possible for his father to go back to his old self, especially when he can offer understanding and support which is something his father taught him in the past.
