It is the seventies, and movie actors like Charlie Davao are entitled to a life of endless fun. However, Charlie falls in love with a teacher, Emma, whose conservative family objects to her relationship with Charlie. Despite this, the young lovers elope and soon enough the marital bliss is replaced with domestic problems. Charlie continues his lifestyle as a celebrity until Emma grows ill. This dim chapter in Charlie’s life enlightens him on the importance of his family as opposed to the superficial perks of show business.
