Jayvee (10) grows up in the care of Mary (50s) and Max (50s). They are a poor family, but Mary and Max do all they can to support Jayvee. Jayvee, who is handsome and smart, develops to become confident boy. He dreams big, wanting to escape the poverty he grows up in. However, his life view changes when he learns that he is adopted, and his real parents are well off in the community. He becomes resentful of his real parents who have left him in poverty. Added to this he is exploited by his stepbrother who uses him to steal money. Jayvee (14) continues to persevere in school, with his eventual success as his goal. His biological parents eventually reconcile with him, however this reunion is short lived as his biological mother dies a few years after. His real family begin to crumble, however Jayvee (18) used to hardships, continue towards success. He learns from his adoptive family that no job is too small for those who have big dreams. He goes through several hardships, but manages get past them by becoming a working student. Eventually he graduates and becomes the youngest sales manager for Sun Life in the country. Through Sun Life he gives back to Mary and Max. He also helps his biological younger siblings by financing their education, learning from his experiences to help without condition.
